Well the kiddos are off.
First day of Junior High and I get a phone call at 7:40 am from "Candy" down the street that the bus hasn't come yet and they have been standing there since about 7:05 am. School started at 7:40am. Long story short.... I gathered all 6 pre-teens into my van and drove them to their first day of Junior High.... And she didn't want her parent to stay with her at the bus stop!!
Oh, good times.
And "Nellie" was ready to set sail into 4th grade.... did I just say 4th grade? She was up and running by 7:30am..... oh the joy! She walked right into class, I am pretty sure I didn't even get to say goodbye.
Pre-school teaching for me tomorrow. Let you know how that goes.
